Terms & Conditions – Flite Recorder

Flite Recorder is developed and maintained by Trotta Consulting Ltd. By accessing or using Flite Recorder (the “App”) and any associated website pages, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Intended Use

Flite Recorder is provided as a professional utility tool to support live event and touring workflows. You agree to use the App responsibly, for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not interfere with the App’s operation.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

The App may generate outputs, logs, or other information based on your inputs. While we aim to provide a reliable tool, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for verifying any outputs before using them in real-world situations.

The App, its design, code, content, and branding are owned by Trotta Consulting Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Purchases and Refunds

If the App is offered as a paid product (including a one-time purchase), payments are handled through the relevant app store or payment provider. Refunds are subject to the policies of that provider and any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
